What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director Business Transformation position at medstar?
Oversees all Transformation Office team members, day-to-day operations of the Transformation Office, and the selection, progress, and success of all initiatives supported by the Transformation Office.
Responsible for strategic project support for significant portions of system-wide MedStar Business Transformation operations, working closely with senior leaders at sites and other operational units and functional areas. In doing so, establishes partnerships across the MedStar Health system, identifies critical human-capital issues facing the sites, and delivers project support. Collaborates with business unit leaders, to influence the overall success and effectiveness of the Business Transformation office initiatives and projects.
Leads, manages, and drives execution of approved projects through to completion, according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Director, Transformation Office will report directly to the Vice President Business Transformation Office.
