Primary Duties:
- Perform reception, clerical tasks, and manage information systems to support nursing services and patient care.
- Serve as a key communication point between staff, patients, and visitors.
- Prepare records, reports, and maintain charts as directed.
- Manage unit resources efficiently and report any issues to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Manager.
- Ensure implementation of customer service standards for patients, families, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain competency through ongoing education and training; assist with onboarding new staff.
- Stay updated on unit activities and goals through staff meetings or newsletters.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6 months of hospital or healthcare-related experience preferred.
