This role involves managing, training, and mentoring distributor representatives while fostering strong relationships with distributors and hospital accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributorship ownership and representatives.
- Call on distributor accounts and hospital clients to promote and expand product adoption.
- Manage, teach, and train distributor sales reps to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Drive sales growth in your territory through strategic planning and execution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company products, particularly in the operating room setting.
