About The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be focused on leading and growing MedSurvey’s relationship among an existing set of key accounts. You’ll support clients by being a consultative partner and client advocate across MedSurvey , developing solutions and strategies that meet customer needs, leveraging your expertise to provide recommendations and share insights on best practices, and by keeping a constant pulse of high-level customer needs so MedSurvey is best positioned to support them.
In addition, you will use your expertise in global project delivery and operations to work closely with the project management team to set them up for success in delivering client work, proactively develop solutions to address challenges, and ensure we exceed customer expectations for project delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include…
- Develop thoughtful proposals that support client needs and best place MedSurvey to win
- Actively network to build deep and effective relationships among stakeholders that expands brand awareness of MedSurvey and leads to high account growth
- Lead conversations and develop strategies that demonstrate MedSurvey’s value, brand, and expertise in global healthcare market research industry
- Track, manage, and report KPIs regarding account performance, outreach, and opportunities
- Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects, proactively address challenges, and be empowered to make the best decisions for clients and the business
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in healthcare market research (account or project management)
- Strong knowledge and experience in global healthcare market research delivery and operations
- Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail
- Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to build positive and strategic relationships across all levels of an organization that influence buying decisions
- A passion for curiosity and learning and a drive to succeed
- Ability to manage complex challenges and address them head-on
- Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events
