Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide assistance through our kiosk system
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills as needed
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
