As the Enteral Feeding Market Manager, you will be the driving force behind our enteral feeding product line. You will develop marketing strategies that expand market share, strengthen brand presence, and improve patient care. Your role will be pivotal in shaping product messaging, driving demand, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure market success. You will be considered the enteral feeding expert at Medtrition on Day One.
The Enteral Feeding Market Manager at Medtrition is a pivotal role in the company’s growth trajectory. As the franchise owner, this role requires an expert in the tube-fed population and enteral feeding.
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand competitor landscape, and develop targeted strategies to increase market share for the ENFit modular nutrition product line.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare facilities, including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to promote product adoption and ensure satisfaction.
- Clinical Education and Training: Provide in-depth clinical education on enteral nutrition options, product features, and proper usage to healthcare professionals
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and monitor sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends to senior management.
- New Product Launches: Actively participate in the launch of new enteral feeding products by developing marketing materials, training sales teams, and coordinating launch activities.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor products and identify opportunities to differentiate and maintain a competitive edge.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management in the medical nutrition, medical device, or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful marketing programs.
- Experience in enteral feeding, GI health, or related fields is a plus.
