Our rapidly expanding medical nutrition company is searching for a Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Strategy and Marketing team.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind key marketing initiatives. You will develop marketing strategies that expand market share, strengthen brand presence, and improve patient care. Your role will be pivotal in shaping product messaging, driving demand, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure market success.
Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
· Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, monitor competition, and adapt strategies accordingly.
· Brand Management: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.
· Campaign Oversight: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and optimizing for maximum ROI.
· National Conference Management: Serve as the marketing lead to organize and execute national conferences and tradeshows.
Skills needed
· Social Media Marketing – Experience with paid and organic social media strategies across multiple platforms.
· Email Marketing – Ability to design and execute email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
· Content Creation & Copywriting – Strong writing and editing skills for blogs, website content, and marketing collateral.
· Market Research & Analysis – Expertise in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
· Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM data, etc.) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
· Good Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
· Event & Trade Show Management – Experience planning and executing industry events and conferences.
· Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing company.
· Passionate About Healthcare: A deep understanding of the impact of enteral feeding on patient care.
· Sales Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively work with sales teams to help them achieve their goals.
· Customer Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with healthcare providers.
· Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals
Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management in the medical nutrition, medical device, or healthcare industries.
· Proven track managing successful marketing programs.
· Experience in nutrition or related fields is a plus.
