What You’ll Do
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing data to provide business insights. You will design and maintain sales reporting systems, build interactive dashboards, and collaborate across departments to optimize performance. You’ll leverage your technical skills to create predictive models, integrate data from multiple systems, and support key operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Design and maintain SQL Server databases to manage sales data, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity.
- Power BI Development: Build and manage Power BI dashboards that track key metrics, such as revenue, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize machine learning techniques to forecast sales trends and detect anomalies in company data.
- Data Modeling: Implement advanced data models to ensure efficient querying and reporting for analysis.
- ETL Operations: Oversee ETL processes to integrate sales data from various platforms (CRM, inventory systems) into centralized reporting tools.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Inventory Insights: Leverage historical data to optimize inventory management, reduce stockouts, and improve demand forecasting.
- AI & Automation: Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions to automate processes like inventory replenishment and sales forecasting.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide tailored reports and insights for specific projects, supporting business decisions across various departments.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business success. You should have a strong technical background and enjoy working collaboratively across departments to solve business challenges.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in data analysis, SQL Server management, Power BI development, machine learning, and ETL processes. Experience with sales data and cross-department collaboration is highly preferred.
- Preferred: Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems and familiarity with the healthcare or medical nutrition industries.

- SQL Server Development: Proficient in database design, complex queries, and performance optimization.
- Power BI Expertise: Strong experience in developing interactive reports and dashboards for business insights.
- Machine Learning & Data Modeling: Knowledge of advanced data modeling techniques and predictive analytics.
- ETL Development: Skilled in managing ETL processes for data integration across systems.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to develop actionable, data-driven solutions.
- AI & Automation: Understanding of AI-driven business intelligence solutions to improve decision-making and efficiency.
- Curiosity & Learning: A passion for data, constantly seeking to uncover the stories hidden within it and striving for continuous growth.
Work Environment:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime (evenings or weekends) as necessary.
- Occasional Travel: May require travel for meetings or on-site support.
