As a Medtronic Neuromodulation Executive Administrative Assistant , you will be part of a dynamic and fun team that drives business growth and efficiencies through innovation. You will support the Vice President of Marketing for Pain Therapies, Sr. Director of Marketing for Brain Modulation, and Sr. Director of Communications for Neuromodulation

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provides general administrative support including preparing communications, maintaining calendars, meeting and conference coordination, ordering supplies, travel coordination (domestic and international), and submitting expenses.
Performs a wide variety of non-routine administrative tasks and may support special projects or assignments.
Create meeting minutes, manage agendas, and track actions as needed.
Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
Use problem solving skills for process improvement in systems and processes.
Tracking processing expenses, processing invoices and purchase orders.
Onboarding new team members.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, follow-ups with team members to receive content on time
Coordinate and plan monthly, quarterly, team meetings/Townhalls, team building events
Manages logistics for twice annual strategic meetings, including content preparation, catering, ensuring AV set-up, booking outside consultants and getting added to approved vendors list
Schedule interviews for department openings as they occur
Maintain current org charts and email distribution lists
Order office supplies
Draft and send team communications as needed
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Proven experience supporting projects and multi-tasking several priorities/projects/resources
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven drive for results and responsiveness
Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment and professionally deal with constant interruptions
Experience working with confidential, trusted information
High degree of initiative and ability to quickly learn to handle a wide range of projects, tasks, and issues in original ways
Strong influence and communication skills with all levels of an organization and external contacts

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
