If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and take our brand to new heights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities As a Principal Communications Specialist, you will : Craft, edit, and proofread high-quality content, including press releases, investor presentations, speeches, and reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers; coordinate interviews and respond to media inquiries.Develop clear and compelling messaging for financial audiences, including earnings announcements, shareholder updates, and annual reports.Create engaging blog articles, videos, testimonials, and other content to promote and share the company’s story and successes.Ensure compliance with communication standards, reviewing all materials for accuracy and adherence to applicable guidelines.Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and effective responses to issues.Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Coordinate with executives, legal, and compliance teams to develop strategic messaging and ensure alignment on all communications.Manage editorial calendars to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency.Assist in planning and executing communication strategies for corporate events, investor meetings, and conferences.Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts, using metrics to refine and improve strategies.Must Have : Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 7 years of experience in a communications role or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Nice to Have

PR) locations (USD) : $108,000.00 - $162,000.00.This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location.
