What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Develop and execute strategies for business growth and achieving sales goals in the West Area

Achieve profitable sales volume, market share, and key financial performance objectives

Lead and coach the sales organization’s management team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance

Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and clinicians

Drive sales processes and organizational design to optimize performance and outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 15 years of prior sales and / or sales leadership experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 13 years of experience

Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience

Medical device sales experience with a proven track record of managing a full P&L

Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time; domestic and international)

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and experience in portfolio optimization

Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated experience in high-growth business environments and meeting sales targets

Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and large hospital systems

Experience with change management and implementing disciplined sales processes
