Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making. You will work closely with Data Development and Operations to understand their data needs relative to client inventory reconciliation between Meduit business systems and client inventory files.
Key Accountabilities of the Data Recon Analyst :
- Use Business Intelligence tools (Excel, Visualizations)
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between data sets.
- Write complex SQL statements across multiple RDMS platforms.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets using statistical techniques.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings.
- Conduct trend analyses and identify patterns to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements.
- Interpret complex data sets and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Stay current with industry trends and data analytics tools.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience, skills, and location. We offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k along with this being a remote opportunity.
