Role Summary
Detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to handle printing, processing, and distributing various documents, including letters, claims, and batch print jobs. This role involves organizing and managing document workflows, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume printing and document handling.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
- Process and print letters, claims, and batch documents efficiently
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in document handling
- Organize and distribute printed materials as required
- Maintain printing schedules and meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot basic printer and document processing issues
- Follow company policies and compliance regulations
Education/Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:
- HS. Diploma/GED
- Must be willing to submit for a background check
- Must have high integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork

- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning Ability: The person in this position frequently communicates with consumers who have inquiries about their bills. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Computer Skills: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
