The Paid Media Specialist (Search & Social) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across search engines and social media platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. This role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and paid social campaigns, with a focus on driving results like conversions and ROI. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly organized, and able to optimize paid campaigns to meet specific performance goals. Local Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives.
- Budget Optimization : Adjust and optimize daily campaign budgets to maximize performance and ROI, ensuring efficient use of advertising spend.
- Keyword & Audience Targeting : Conduct keyword research for SEM campaigns and define audience targeting strategies for paid social campaigns to ensure high relevance and reach.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization : Measure and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates), making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- A / B Testing : Plan and execute A / B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and other elements of campaigns to drive performance improvements.
- Salesforce Integration : Integrate Salesforce data with digital media platforms to track leads, conversions, and optimize marketing efforts based on CRM data.
- Reporting & Insights : Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others to provide detailed reporting and insights on campaign performance.
- Client Collaboration : Participate in regular client meetings to discuss performance, optimization strategies, and results.
- Stay Updated : Keep up with emerging trends and changes in paid media platforms to continuously optimize campaigns and drive better results.
