Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview:
TVG-Medulla, LLC provides support and services to two comprehensive chiropractic care companies, Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care, both industry leaders in evidence-based, patient outcomes-centered care. Our goal is to foster the growth of healthcare organizations who provide high-quality, evidence-based musculoskeletal care, enabling them to serve and enrich the lives of a growing population of patients.
As the largest privately-owned chiropractic organization in the country, Medulla provides management resources to these organizations with full-scale experienced teams of professionals and specialists including marketing, clinical operations, legal, revenue cycle, human resources, IT, maintenance and more.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively recruit and qualify candidates by utilizing online networking sites and in house recruiting database for both contract and direct hire positions.
- Source passive candidates using social networking sites to maintain an active pipeline of talent.
- Develop position posting and post them on various recruitment sources as deemed appropriate by position.
- Conduct screening calls, interviews, creating and extending offer letters, and processing background checks.
- Participate in networking and recruiting events when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned and as the position evolves.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in high volume staffing firm with responsibilities for full-cycle recruiting process from initial kickoff meetings with stakeholders to sourcing, screening, closing, and facilitating offers.
- Must be capable of partnering closely and building strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Proficiency working with ATS systems
- Must have a history of commitment to inclusive hiring practices and the ability to support diversity in workforce recruitment and retention Ability to effectively prioritize the workload taking into account customers needs while delivering and adjusting expectations.
- Demonstrate ability to attract, influence, negotiate, and close hard to find passive talent through your expertise in Recruiting and passion for the business
- Excellent communication skills, strong phone presence.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- 5-7 years of high-volume recruitment experience in healthcare or sales
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to influence without authority
