This is a 1-year contract-to-hire 1099 position with no benefits.
ONSITE - SHIFT - MON-FRI 8AM - 5PM.
Summary of role:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects related to divestiture work. The individual should have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving project milestones.
The Candidate
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a tech environment.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and facilitate regular communication and updates to them.
• Develop solution-based approaches to project issues and customer relationship management.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in all aspects of the project management team.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track program costs and provide monthly reporting.
