- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a tech environment
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and facilitate regular communication and updates to them
- Develop solution-based approaches to project issues and customer relationship management
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in all aspects of the project management team
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track program costs and provide monthly reporting
