Must have at least 3 years of Medical-Chiro office experience. Must love people, be kind with a smile while being totally focused.
Must live within 10 miles of Midland Park.
Hours: Full Time:
Mon 8-1 AND 2 to 7
Tuesday 10-4
Wed 8 to 6:30
Thursday OFF
Friday 8 to 6:30
Sat 9 to 1. It’s a must.
Hourly rate, bonus, health insurance, pension offered.
Job Description:
- Assisting Medical Doctor’s for preparing injections
- Perform testing on patients after training
- Venipuncture (If you are certified)
- Admin work with all aspects including preauths
- Computer work
- Carry Orders in the office to patients and other staff
- Explaining care to patients
- Open and handle lines of communication
- Being a good student to learn office protocols
- Answering phones
- Patient handlings…
- Keeping and monitoring statistics
- Promoting Office
- Patient coordinator
