Position Overview
We are looking for a Service Representative based within 20 miles of Bozeman, Montana to join our team. In this role, you will manage medical lasers and equipment, ensuring accurate use, maintenance, and documentation in various healthcare settings, including operating rooms and clinics. You’ll also provide essential technical support and client service to hospital staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Install, set up, and maintain medical lasers and equipment. Perform necessary repairs, calibrations, and testing to ensure optimal performance.
- On-Site Procedure Support: Provide technical assistance and ensure smooth equipment operation during medical procedures.
- Client Education: Train and guide healthcare professionals in the correct use of medical lasers and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Track, manage, and document equipment inventory, specifications, repairs, and modifications.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure equipment meets industry regulations and quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Build strong professional relationships with physicians and hospital staff to facilitate seamless equipment integration.
Additional Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a laser-safe environment in operating rooms.
- Manage Medworks-owned equipment during surgeries, including handling disposable inventory products.
- Follow facility guidelines on patient privacy, aseptic techniques, and infection control.
- Maintain facility credentials and adhere to company values and vision.
Bonus Opportunity
In addition to the base salary, Medworks offers a Culture of Excellence Bonus Program to reward exemplary performance. Once new hires complete training and demonstrate high performance in their role, they become eligible to receive up to 10% of their monthly salary as a bonus. New team members typically become eligible in their second or third month of employment, following successful training completion. The bonus is paid alongside the last paycheck of each month for qualifying employees.

This is a non-exempt position, which means you are eligible for overtime pay. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay reflecting 80 hours worked, regardless of actual case scheduling. In addition to competitive compensation, Medworks offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
