We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join this respected team. This is a full time permanent position providing diagnosis, treatment and management of kidney disease in both the hospital and outpatient setting. This team prides itself on providing exceptional care. The ideal Provider will have experience working in Nephrology and be comfortable rounding in the Hospital.
Requirements for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner:
*Min of 2 years Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience
*Experience in Nephrology
*Active OH license
*Ability to work independently
*Strong communication skills and ability to work well with the team
