Responsibilities
The Senior Transaction Manager will be responsible for the management of healthcare-related real estate transactions for their assigned portfolio in a fast-paced environment where speed to market is essential. Negotiates leases, acquisition and disposition agreements and provides leadership for site search requirements.
Qualifications
We are looking for self-motivated candidates with at least three years of commercial real estate transaction management experience. Healthcare real estate experience is preferred but not required.
