Client Solutions Manager, Skilled Trades - REMOTE
Our client a rapidly growing national provider of production solutions, seeks an experienced and motivated Client Solutions Manager to develop business with active customers nationwide. In this role, you will engage with manufacturing companies to address production challenges and present their unique labor solutions model.
What You Will Do
- Qualify and progress opportunities through the sales process.
- Deliver web-based presentations and negotiate customized solutions.
- Close business above expected levels, deploying technicians and adding new clients to your book of business.
- Manage existing and new accounts, ensuring client needs are met.
- Collaborate with teams for successful client outcomes.
What You Need
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong sales, self-drive, and communication skills.
- Ability to uncover client needs and develop solutions.
- Track record of establishing and growing a multimillion-dollar book of business.
- Proficiency with technology tools (MS Office Suite, CRM).
- Limited travel required.
