Our client is a successful international staffing consultancy, established in 1992. They provide specialist Contract and Permanent staffing services to clients within very specific industry sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. With the increasing growth of the organization, they are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader in Raleigh, NC.
The role of the Recruitment Team Leader involves the management responsibility on a daily basis of a team of Recruiters in the Life Sciences division. To liaise with the Country Manager & Group Delivery Manager to ensure they are working on the right roles for the business at any given time; ensure search strings are set; to set weekly / monthly objectives; complete monthly performance reviews and offer support / advice with their individual career progression.
As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will be based out of the RTP office in North Carolina. You will play a critical role as a leadership member of our team, helping to achieve our goals by delivering a best-in-class experience both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for training and leading Recruiters.
What you will do!
- Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business .
- Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team.
- Complete monthly performance reviews.
- Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression.
- Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance.
- Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest.
- Become an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available.
- Work with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progression.
- Constantly improve delivery processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivity.
- Show commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplace.
- Coach and support your team through being tenacious and motivational.
- Have top-notch active listening and communication skills.
