Account Manager, IT Staffing - Culver City, CA

Position Overview

The Account Manager (Enterprise Accounts) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business, managing key client relationships, overseeing field consultants, and leading internal teams. This role requires a strong consultative approach and the ability to work closely with technical and executive stakeholders within enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand client relationships, identifying and qualifying new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Capture technical and business requirements to effectively communicate with delivery teams.
  • Create and execute strategic business plans to drive account growth.
  • Oversee the Consultant Care Program to enhance retention, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Manage consultant onboarding, including equipment, security compliance, and badging.
  • Conduct research, lead generation, and prospecting to expand business opportunities.
  • Work with all levels of an enterprise company, from software engineers to C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure talent delivery aligns with client needs.
  • Develop client proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Manage PO and budgeting processes for client accounts.
  • Provide consultative solutions to clients by understanding technical and workforce needs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring seamless execution of solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of sales experience, specifically supporting large enterprise accounts (FAANG experience is a plus).
  • 5 years in staffing/recruiting, with a strong track record in business development and account management.
  • Experience managing complex accounts, partnering with decision-makers, and delivering large-scale projects on SOW and T&M bases.
  • Strong business acumen, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment.
  • Experience providing best-in-class customer service and innovative workforce solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HYBRID/ On-Site 3 days a week/Remote 2.
