What You’ll Do
- Build and expand relationships within Apple, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your prior experience working within Apple’s enterprise ecosystem.
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure seamless talent delivery that aligns with Apple’s standards and requirements.
- Oversee consultant care, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and retention.
- Manage consultant onboarding, including equipment, security compliance, and badging.
- Drive business expansion through research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Navigate Apple’s organization from the engineering level to the C-suite, positioning the company as a go-to talent partner.
- Develop strategic account growth plans, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Own budgeting, purchase order (PO) management, and account forecasting.
- Mandatory: Prior experience being badged to Apple in a past or current role.
- 5 years of experience in sales/account management within the staffing industry, preferably with large enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in business development, client retention, and delivering talent solutions in a competitive environment.
- Experience managing complex accounts, working directly with hiring managers, and driving large-scale staffing solutions.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to understand technical and workforce challenges.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, from working with software engineers to C-level executives.
- High level of business acumen, adaptability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales and staffing.
