What You’ll Do
- Production: Drive sales efforts in both staff augmentation and SOW projects through a personal sales quota and leadership.
- Accountability: Hold Account Managers to meeting targets and maintaining high standards of service.
- Escalation Point: Serve as a point of escalation for complex client or candidate issues, ensuring resolutions are reached effectively.
- Industry Expertise: Be the SME for Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Product, and Engineering disciplines.
What You Need
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of success in the Technology staffing and solutions industry.
- Currently residing in or be willing to fully relocate to Cincinnati, OH.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of Data Science and Data Analytics with the proven ability to sell to C-level executives within F500 and F100 companies.
- Prior experience working with high-profile clients and managing relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to actively contribute to the company's partnership with Women in Data Science.
