Vice President of Sales - Staffing or Workforce Solutions Industry


We’re hiring for a VP, New Business Development to lead strategic growth and expand market share.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for new business opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual financial targets.
  • Drive high-level client interactions, including executive relationship management, contract negotiations, and escalation resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead the development of strategies to expand the company’s footprint within current accounts and secure new business.
  • Direct and mentor Sales Directors, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Oversee the expansion of service offerings across multiple sectors including IT, Digital, PMO, and Engineering.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives within client organizations.
  • Lead and manage performance-based initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Experience in enterprise sales strategies, contract negotiations, and client engagement at the executive level.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing senior sales professionals and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to foster and maintain long-term client partnerships with a focus on customer success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-suite executives.
  • Deep understanding of workforce solutions and client engagement strategies.
  • Experience in driving business performance and managing a diverse sales team.

Required Education, Training, Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university.
  • Significant experience in business development, sales leadership, and client engagement, ideally in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
