At Meek Integrative Health Center, our mission is clear – to help our patients benefit from an all-natural, drug-free approach to health and wellness. We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday) individual to join our patient services department for our integrative health center. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be patient-oriented, and must be willing to embrace our mission. Job duties may include, but not limited to:

• Answer phones and email
• Complete requests by greeting patients face to face, on the phone and answering or referring inquires
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Input patient data into system
• Organize workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting patient information and managing assignments
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

• Adhere to the laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
• Multi-task and manage multiple heath care professional schedules
• Excellent communication skills with explaining information to patients
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Administrative writing/typing skills
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality
• Must be professional, have the ability to communicate and cooperate with colleagues to promote a healthy working environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements for patient information
• Detail oriented, ability to prioritize work
• Work with minimal direction and oversight

Meek Integrative Health Center began as Meek Chiropractic in 2005, founded by Dr. Gary Meek and Tara Meek. Knowing that a path to wellness does not begin or end with chiropractic care, in 2019 we opened 180 Health Medical and Wellness Center to provide natural medical services. In 2022, we made the decision to combine the forces of Meek Chiropractic and 180 Health Medical & Wellness Center to form Meek Integrative Health Center.
