Truss Assembler I Role
">We are looking for a highly skilled Truss Assembler I to join our team at Meeks Lumber Company. This individual will be responsible for assembling truss components, stock lumber, plates, and other work-related materials and supplies.
Key Tasks:
- Assemble truss components under the direction of the line leaders.
- Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside.
- Receive and inspect incoming products, commodities, and materials.
- Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Prior carpentry experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
