What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Clinical Supervisor position at Meelo Education?

As a Lead Clinical Supervisor at Meelo Education, you will serve as a senior leader overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality care within your assigned school district or region. Your role will involve implementing our vision and strategy, managing clinical providers and resources, and ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and best practices. You will collaborate with directors and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals, establish and monitor clinical quality standards, and drive consistent performance across your team.

You must be an expert in ABA, strategic thinking, effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, and management Must be a licensed BCBA with experience working in school settings.

Clinical Leadership and Quality Assurance

Oversee / approve all clinical content, including managing a team of Clinical Supervisors, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Establish and monitor clinical quality indicators, standards, and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation, and ethical requirements.
Provide guidance, feedback, and leadership to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the clinical department.
Conduct assessments for RBT recertification and assist with BCBA supervision, when qualified.
Participate in IEP meetings as needed to support district-specific requirements.
Stay current on the unique clinical needs of assigned districts and adapt services accordingly.

Team Management and Support

Train, schedule, and oversee district-based IAs, BTs, RBTs, and BCBAs, escalating issues and proposed promotions for review.

Supervise the day-to-day activities of clinical staff, providing support and addressing performance issues proactively.

Manage staff and resources to ensure effective allocation throughout the assigned region.

Serve as the escalation point for any clinical issues related to client satisfaction.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

Oversee staff data collection and reporting methods to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Develop and update Goals and Behavior Intervention Plans within the school system.

Manage progress report scheduling for the assigned district, when applicable.

Conduct evaluations to determine the level of support and experience required for students.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with the Meelo Customer team to address specific clinical needs and nuances of districts or clients.

Coordinate with other clinical leads and stakeholders to align services with organizational strategy and goals.

Communicate district-specific updates and needs to ensure alignment across all departments.

Pre-Sales and Growth Support

Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities, including assessing potential clinical requirements for new district opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations on clinical feasibility and resource allocation for new district contracts or expanded service offerings.

Support account growth by collaborating with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for expanded services or programs within existing districts.

Participate in proposal development to ensure alignment with district needs and clinical standards.

Assist with onboarding for new districts, ensuring seamless integration of clinical services.
