You’ll be the face of our business—welcoming customers, making transactions a breeze, and helping create a great atmosphere from the moment someone walks through the door.
Whether you’re chatting with a regular, solving a quick problem, or keeping things running smoothly at the till, you’ll play a key role in making every customer’s experience a good one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome (every time)
- Running the tills with accuracy, speed, and a smile
- Handling payments, returns and queries with confidence
- Keeping your checkout area clean and well-stocked
- Helping with restocking or displays when needed—team effort is everything
- Staying cool under pressure when things get busy
- Bringing great energy and top-notch service to every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Someone friendly, approachable, and reliable
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Confidence working with tills and handling transactions (we’ll train you if needed)
- Great attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and peak times
- Previous retail, café, or customer service experience is a plus—but not a must
