What You'll Do as a Data Operations Coordinator
As the Data Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data systems and supporting our internal teams with reliable, up-to-date information. You’ll help streamline operations, reduce friction, and ensure our systems talk to each other in ways that make sense.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain, monitor, and update databases with accurate, timely information
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations with clean, accessible data
- Assist in creating internal reports and dashboards for various departments
- Document data workflows, processes, and procedures for consistency and training
- Proactively suggest improvements to data management and processing workflows
What We're Looking For in a Data Operations Coordinator
- 2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or data operations
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data tools like Airtable, Notion, or SQL is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working across departments and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues
