Role Overview :
In the role of Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact for multiple client accounts in Meet's portfolio. Your mission will be to nurture and enhance these relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences, increasing engagement levels, and exploring expansion opportunities across various service offerings. You will play a vital role in liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication regarding job briefings and project progress. Your proactive approach will be essential in resolving any challenges that arise during client partnerships, and determining when escalation is needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fostering and growing strategic client partnerships.
- Identifying new business possibilities within existing accounts across all service lines, including permanent and contract recruiting.
- Managing client interactions, including job intake, interview management, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinating with the internal team to ensure adequate representation on client calls and meetings.
- Enhancing job fill rates by negotiating flexibility and increased engagement levels with clients.
- Providing valuable market insights and feedback to client stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network relevant to your accounts.
- Evaluating candidate suitability and prioritizing recruitment activities.
- Leading training sessions to equip internal teams with necessary insights about client accounts and candidate engagement strategies.
