Responsibilities
- Developing and overseeing the creation of persuasive and impactful copy within the HCP, DTC, and DTC space.
- Lead conceptualization and execute integrated campaigns that address the unique needs of both healthcare professionals and patients.
- Act as the Copy Lead in new business pitches.
- Providing creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to copywriters, ensuring the highest quality of work.
- Ensuring all marketing materials adhere to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
- Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in rare disease marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Portfolio displaying unique pharma copy and creative concepts.
- 8 years’ experience working in a healthcare advertising agency environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Sharp interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead decision-making on the account.
