Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to design and execute in vitro metabolism studies to support DMPK profiling and address key questions in drug discovery.
- The successful candidate will develop and validate analytical methods using LC-MS/MS for the separation, detection, and quantification of small molecules and peptides.
- Responsibilities also include performing sample preparation and bioanalysis for both in vitro and in vivo ADME/PK studies.
- You will conduct metabolite identification and profiling using liver subcellular fractions and other biological matrices.
- Presenting scientific findings through presentations and detailed reports to internal teams and stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
- You will contribute to project milestones and influence early-stage drug discovery decisions.
- Staying current with relevant scientific literature and applying findings to internal research efforts is essential.
- Maintaining laboratory instruments, especially LC-MS/MS, ensuring they are operational and accessible to the team.
- Keeping accurate and thorough experimental records in accordance with scientific and regulatory standards.
- Performing additional duties and contributing to cross-functional initiatives as needed.
