Full Stack Engineer (Senior / Staff)

Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Engineer to join our client's team and help build innovative web applications for sequencing data.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and build user-friendly web applications that enable scientists to visualize and analyze DNA sequencing data.
  • Develop REST APIs and microservices for communication between web applications and backend systems.
  • Build internal tools to streamline workflows for biotech, pharma, and academic labs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global research initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Python (Flask or Django) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Vue).
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational database design.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI / CD pipelines.
