We’re currently supporting the search for a Hemophilia Therapeutic Area Lead to join a global pharmaceutical company. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a Rare Disease portfolio, particularly within the Hemophilia A/B.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Hemophilia TA segment, aligning with overall company goals.
- Lead the creation of US Pre-Launch, Launch, and In-Line strategic plans.
- Drive differentiation and leadership in the Hemophilia market, working closely with global marketing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and more.
- Oversee the management of the product strategy, lifecycle, and regulatory activities related to Hemophilia.
- Manage a team, fostering growth, innovation, and a high-performance culture.
- Lead market opportunity sizing, competitive analysis, and customer experience mapping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and trends, especially in rare diseases.
- Proven track record of developing strategies and leading teams to drive business results.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
