Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in process optimization and issue resolution for cell culture, filtration, chromatography, and protein purification.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with cGMPs and quality systems.
- Contribute to projects and learn new business systems, including Trackwise and ERP.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of biopharma processes, technical documentation, and quality systems.
- Ability to work on cross-functional projects and support department metrics.
