About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Scientist to join our team. As an Analytical Scientist, you will be responsible for planning and executing experiments to support the development and qualification of analytical assays for enzyme replacement therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct experimental studies efficiently to meet project goals and timelines.
- Perform analytical methods, including potency, purity, cellular uptake, activity, enzyme kinetics, and multiple compendial methods.
- Provide concise, quantitative analysis of data and interpret experimental results.
- Develop and execute biochemical and bioassay methods for potency, purity, and activity characterization of proteins.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
- Strong understanding of large molecule proteomics, lyophilized materials, and devices.
- Expertise in developing and executing biochemical and bioassay methods for potency, purity, and activity characterization of proteins.
