Job Description: (Senior) Manager, Clinical Data Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical data management activities across multiple studies.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data management plans, case report forms (CRFs), and data validation specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collection, cleaning, and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of data for regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Extensive experience (5 years) in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- Proficiency with clinical data management software and systems (e.g., EDC, CDMS).
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and vendors.
