Position Summary :
An incredible clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing cell therapies for autoimmune diseases. The company is seeking a (Sr) Manager, External Manufacturing and Supply to join its Tech Ops team. This role involves managing manufacturing compliance, executing change controls, and overseeing project management within the network of CDMOs. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cell therapies, and cGMP regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Perform Person-in-Plant activities at CDMOs.
- Facilitate technical change controls and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Support program goals and ensure CDMO performance meets deliverables.
- Contribute to operations playbook and monitor CMO performance.
- Provide project management and risk-based quality management support.

Location : Philadelphia, PA (5 days onsite)
Length : 6 months
Hours : 40 hours / wk
