In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare services.
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Document all interactions in the computerized system for future reference.

Requirements
