Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product information. Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare services.
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Document all interactions in the computerized system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in training new staff on best practices for customer service and call handling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
