Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer data into the database
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Assist with order processing and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
- Maintain and organize customer records to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Generate reports related to data accuracy and customer service metrics
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
