Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and guest requests.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and effective communication techniques.
- Experience in guest services or related fields is advantageous.
