Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the pharmacovigilance team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and growth.
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive pharmacovigilance strategies and processes.
- Manage safety surveillance activities for drug candidates, including signal detection and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate safety reporting to health authorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including CROs and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for safety-related inquiries and serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacovigilance matters.
Requirements:
- Oncology experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmacovigilance experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in leading pharmacovigilance teams and managing safety surveillance activities.
- Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
