Job Title : Clinical Trial Coordinator
Location : Philadelphia, East Coast, USA - Hybrid (must be available to meet in the Philly area when necessary, 2 times a month)
Salary : $70K-$90K
We are looking for a Clinical Trial Coordinator to assist in the strategic execution of clinical trials. You will be a vital part of our team, managing logistics, tracking data, and ensuring that all activities are compliant with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in successfully overseeing the clinical trial process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Study setup & logistics : Play an integral role in developing study protocols, creating essential study documents, sourcing supplies, managing study sites, and liaising with investigators.
- Data management : Input and review clinical trial data, ensure CRFs (case report forms) are accurate and complete, conduct data quality checks, and address any discrepancies.
- Regulatory compliance : Vigilantly monitor adherence to GCP guidelines, maintain meticulous study documentation, and oversee the proper filing of all study materials.
- Site management support : Establish strong communication with study sites, offer training on study procedures, track site progress, and resolve site-related challenges.
- Administrative tasks : Compile reports, manage study budgets, track progress against study timelines, and coordinate efforts across internal teams.
