Job Title : Director Biostatistics - Oncology

Position Overview :
Here at Meet we are currently partnered with one of our Top Pharmaceutical clients who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Biostatistics to join thier team in advancing their Oncology pipeline. As a key member of theirr Research and Development division, the Director of Biostatistics will lead and oversee the statistical strategy, design, and execution of clinical trials across the Oncology portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scientifically rigorous, and regulatory-compliant statistical analyses and interpretations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the statistical design, planning, and analysis of Phase I-IV clinical trials in Oncology, ensuring robust study designs and statistical methodologies.
- Provide strategic input into clinical development plans, protocol development, and regulatory submissions, including study design optimization and endpoint selection.
- Develop and implement innovative statistical methodologies to address complex clinical trial objectives and challenges in Oncology drug development.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of biostatisticians, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs to drive data-driven decision-making and successful trial outcomes.
- Represent the Biostatistics function in interactions with regulatory agencies, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
