Overview : Biotech Company based in Bay Area, CA
Key Responsibilities :
Manage electrical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and project execution.
Lead and support projects from design through commissioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Serve as project manager for small projects and assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and capital project justification.
Ensure safety by partnering with the EHS department on hazard assessments and compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain documentation for systems, maintenance plans, and quality control.
Provide technical expertise and regulatory compliance leadership for the team.
Qualifications :
Basic : Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 years, or an Associate's degree with 8 years, or a High School diploma with 10 years of experience.
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, proficiency in industry standards (NFPA 70, 70E, etc.), and experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (GMP). Familiarity with CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) and Smartsheet is a plus.
