Key Responsibilities :
- Lead late-stage upstream process development activities across process validation / process characterization planning
- Partner with internal teams across QA, AD / QC, MSAT, PM, and Supply Chain teams while representing the upstream function at CMC meetings and external CDMO vendors
- Drive the QbD based process development
- Lead junior-level team members
